This recipe has been in our family for many years.
Once I brought it to a bible study group, and found four elderly folks standing
in the kitchen eating it with spoons, they liked it so much! (We usually serve
with Doritos or Restaurant Style Tortilla chips.)

8 Ounce Sour Cream |
Shredded
Lettuce |
| 1 Package
Taco Seasoning |
Shredded
Cheddar Cheese |
| 8 Ounce
Cream Cheese, Softened |
Tomatoes,
Diced, Optional |
| 1 Can
Refried Beans |
Black Olives,
Sliced, Optional |
Mix
sour cream, taco seasoning and cream cheese until well blended. Spread
refried beans on serving platter. Spread cream cheese mixture on top. Add
lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and black olives. Serve with
crackers, nacho cheese tortillas, etc. |
