Daddy's Improved Fruit Smoothie

Bananas should be frozen in advance

6 Bananas, Frozen 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups Yogurt (Homemade Is Best) 6 Drops Stevia
1 Teaspoon Banana Flavoring 3/4 Cups White Grape Juice


Per Cup: 208 Cal (7% from Fat, 11% from Protein, 82% from Carb); 6 g Protein; 2 g Tot Fat; 1 g Sat Fat; 0 g Mono Fat; 45 g Carb; 4 g Fiber; 29 g Sugar; 160 mg Calcium; 1 mg Iron; 60 mg Sodium; 5 mg Cholesterol
