Breakfast Casserole II

6 Slices Bread, Cubed 6 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
1 Pound Regular Or Hot Sausage, 2 Cups Milk
-Cooked, Crumbled And Drained Of Fat 1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard

The night before, layer bread, sausage and grated cheese in a buttered baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard, and pour over the ingredients in the baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
