From the kitchen of Liz Smith

1 Dozen Eggs 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 Cup Milk 3 Hashbrown Potatoes Squares
1/4 Cup Onion, Diced -----Or -------
1 Cup Cooked Ham, Chopped 3 Large Handfuls Hashbrown Potatoes

Mix together all ingredients and put mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350° F. May be fixed ahead and refrigerated overnight.
