French Toast Casserole

Needs overnight refrigeration.

1 Dozen Eggs 1/3 Cup Pancake Syrup
2 - 8 Oz Packages Cream Cheese Cinnamon, To Taste
1 Stick Butter 1 Loaf Of Bread
1-1/2 Cups Milk

Tear 1/2 loaf of bread into small pieces and line the bottom of your baking pan. In blender combine 1/2 of the remaining ingredients and puree. Pour on top of bread layer. Tear the remaining 1/2 loaf of bread into small pieces and layer on top of mixture. Puree the other half on ingredients and pour over top of second layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake the next morning at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with additional syrup.

Sometimes I substitute plain yogurt for some of the cream cheese.
