Easy Chocolate Cake

From the kitchen of Esther Schmucker

2 Eggs 2/3 Cup Cocoa
1 Cup Oil 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Milk 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Teaspoon Vanilla 2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Cups Granulated Sugar

Put in bowl in order given; don't stir until last item is added. Mix well, then add 1 cup hot water and stir in. Batter will be thin. Bake at 350° until done.

It is very moist and good. Enjoy!
