Brown Rice Chicken Bake

3 Cups Brown Rice, Cooked
1 Package (10 Ounces) Frozen Peas
2 Cups Chicken Breast, Cooked And Cubed
1/4 Cups Fat-Free Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Slivered Almonds, Toasted, Optional
2 Teaspoons Liquid Aminos Or Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon, Crushed
1/4 Cups Mayonnaise

Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce, and seasonings in large bowl. Transfer to 3-quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
