Easy Italian Meatballs

Mix
first 8 ingredients well…use your hands. Form into "ping-pong" size balls.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all
sides. Pour off any excess oil. Add Hooper's Pasta Sauce directly into
skillet and simmer with meatballs until done. Or, bake in oven on a cookie
sheet at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, add to sauce. Serve with your favorite
pasta. |
