Easy Italian Meatballs

From the kitchen of Paul Hooper

1 Lb Lean ground beef, veal or turkey 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1 Egg 1 Teaspoon Salt, To Taste
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/3 Cup Parmesan, Grated Or Shredded 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder, To Taste 1 Jar Hooper's Pasta Sauce, Any Flavor

Mix first 8 ingredients well…use your hands. Form into "ping-pong" size balls. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides. Pour off any excess oil. Add Hooper's Pasta Sauce directly into skillet and simmer with meatballs until done. Or, bake in oven on a cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, add to sauce. Serve with your favorite pasta.
