Macaroni And Real Cheese

12 Ounces Elbow Macaroni, Cooked |
1/2 Teaspoon
Salt |

Cooked) |
1/4 Teaspoon
Pepper |
| 2 Cups
Grated Cheese |
3 Cups
Low-Fat Milk |
| 3
Tablespoons Flour |

In a
greased casserole dish, make three layers of all the ingredients but the
milk - 1/3 macaroni, 1/3 cheese, sprinkling of flour, salt and pepper. Pour
the milk over all. It should come up to the top macaroni layer but not over
because it will bubble up and make a mess in your oven. Bake about 30
minutes at 350 degrees covered, then uncover and bake till all liquid is
absorbed and thickened (approx 30 minutes). y |
