2-1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour 1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Cup Water
2 Eggs

Beat eggs lightly, add milk and water. Place flour and salt in a bowl and gradually add egg mixture. "Grate" your soft dough mixture directly into pot of boiling water. Cook and remove.

Serve with melted butter, tomato sauce and grated cheese, sour cream, olive oil and basil....
