(I tried this recipe in my Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker (cooked on first red ring for 20 minutes) and it was delicious!  - Liz)

1/4 Cup Wild Rice 1/2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Berries 3 Cups Water
1 Cup Brown Rice

Microwave instructions: Place all ingredients in a microwave rice cooker. Stir and cook 30 minutes on high power. Let sit in microwave 5-10 minutes. (If water isn't completely absorbed cook another 5 minutes).
Stove top instructions: Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil on high. Boil for 2 minutes, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Variations:
Sometimes I add beef or chicken bouillon to the water, depending on what I'm serving the rice with. If you like to add herbs, here are a few that work well with this mix: garlic, chives, & cumin.
