Potato Cheese Soup

6 Medium Potatoes |
1 Teaspoon Salt |
| 2-3 Carrots |
Pepper, To Taste |
| 1 Onion |
chicken bouillon & water
or chicken stock |
| 1 Stalk Celery |
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese,
Shredded |
| 2-3 Cloves Garlic |

Chunk
up clean veggies in Dutch oven, add seasonings and almost cover with
water/stock. Boil until soft. Place all in blender, blend until smooth.
Return to pan, add 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix and serve! Also very
easy to increase the recipe size, or add/remove veggies as you prefer. |
