All Natural Dutch Jell is a specially formulated fruit pectin blend that
reacts with the sugars and the fruits own acid to cause a jelling
effect in homemade jellies and jams. Each case consists of ten pounds.
Save money! Use for your favorite jam or jelly recipe. Use 1/3 cup of Dutch Jell to replace one box of commercially prepared pectin blends. For best results, do not use fruit that is under or over ripe. Fruit, juice and sugar quantities vary according to recipe.
